Windows 10 Minecraft Edition

I'm making a custom version of windows with Minecraft stuff built in it. Like Minecraft wallpapers, Minecraft themes, etc.
I'm going to publish it soon.

That's honestly not a bad idea. Will you have to pay to download it, and if not, then where can you download it from?
