Windows Vista was not optimized for the time of computers. Also It had multiple errors in the first service pack. I have never had a bug myself with Windows Vista... But thats why People say its very buggyBooHooToYou wrote: ↑Tue Jan 31, 2017 10:44 pmGive me an example of a major bug in Windows Vista. Two if you like. Re: Favorite Windows NT system?
Most of them probably had Service Pack 1, since a lot of new computers back in the late 2000s had Vista. I remember one of my laptops (that I got in 2008) was with Windows Vista, but it wasn't really that great towards making stuff great. Computer companies were already drifting to Windows 7 when Vista's SP2 was released. So it seemed rare to find a brand new computer or laptop that had Windows Vista SP2.FlamingApple wrote: ↑Wed Feb 01, 2017 12:20 amWindows Vista was not optimized for the time of computers. windows xp because it was stable (as much as windows can be) had such long term support and works with nearly anything and its likely it will never die but eh I don't use it any more nearly any of my computers that is if the computer even runs windows anymore.

Re: Favorite Windows NT system?
Definitely Vista SP2.
Re: Favorite Windows NT system?
XP and 7
Re: Favorite Windows NT system?
I'd personally have to say my favorite NT based windows OS, is Windows 8/8.1, yes, even with all the metro stuff (which FYI isn't the official name, microsoft had to change it to "Modern UI" because some other company already had the rights to "metro") in fact, i'd even go as far as to say that i prefer the metro stuff over a standard start menu (especially the charms bar)
vista is a close second (yes, i did also actually like vista, as i personally never had any issues with it)
