A way to get Windows OS up to Server 2003

Post by NewYorkEagle » Wed Feb 01, 2017 10:21 pm

I found this video that could have two ISO files, where you could install Windows operating systems from Windows NT 3 up to Windows Server 2003. I find it unique, since you don't have to look for a billion websites to download a certain install file.

I remember seeing something very similar to this a few years ago. It might have been the exact same ISOs, but I was never able to find working download links for them. Thank you for sharing the link! These discs seem like they would be super useful.

They are pretty useful. I installed Windows 98 with it, and it didn't require any MS-DOS commands. It's strange, because 98 is a DOS system and it didn't require all of that. Perhaps the ISOs had NT capabilities.

That's odd, I copied the URL with the decryption keys from MEGA. Not sure why it's asking you guys for them, sorry about that!

Just a heads-up, these ISOs are from 2003 so they don't include SP2/SP3 for XP - you need to install them on your own. (At least they have working PROGMAN.EXE here, so back that and PROGMAN.HLP up before installing SP2/SP3).
