Vista Customized Development Reset, Shorthorn configuration help?

I’m looking to restart Vista-C’s development. The project I’m looking to use as a base is the WIM based Shorthorn and the Vista 5270 interface pack to make the transition to the new codebase to allow more modern applications to run pretty much seamless. Problem is how should I go about properly installing the interface pack into the WIM of the main build I’m trying to use, which is build 3804? There’s not much in the ways of documentation, and what is available is poorly written. What I am stuck on is how can I go about installing the REG files included in the interface pack to the WIM?

I take it I’m not going to get any help here, or from the original developers of Shorthorn.
