[URGENT] Windows XP-C Milestone 8 holds a dark secret

So today, I received an unexpected review for my upload of XP-C to the Internet Archive. It was telling me there were some "images" in I386->SVCPACK->WINFS.exe . I was initially scared there might be illegal images (you know what I mean), but luckily it wasn't that bad. When I went to have a look at the contents of the exe using 7zip, I was a socked by what I saw. Besides containing the official exe and a few desktop shortcuts to various applications, this unofficial EXE also contains a folder with 37 images called "Zander". The images are MRI images made by Dr. David Zander Matos of Hackensack University. Images 6-12 look like very scary faces. There is something very weird going on here. I've contacted Michael and he is concerned too, enough to send a message to Cosmo (the dev of XP-C).

It is very weird that the person on the Internet Archive knew to look for this, which is very suspicious. Did I, by sharing that copy, inadvertently get caught up in some weird scheme that could get me in trouble? I've had weird cyber **** happen to myself and my family, including but not limited to spontaneous mouse activity (seemingly remote), random Windows reboot mid MJD video, and other stuff. I don't know what I've gotten myself, Michael and this community into, but it ain't pretty. Now I fear that someone may hunt me down in real life too if they are this intent on messing with me online. I've removed my old VLOGS from the Internet Archive so that whoever this is doesn't track down my family or me.

When I had 7zip opened, after a little bit the bright blue indicator my external SSD case turned dim red. VERY weird. Hopefully my laptop is not compromised.

I WANT ANSWERS NOW.

If this is a freaking joke, I am still gonna be very upset because of the stress this is causing me.
I am scanning my laptop with my anti-virus right now.
Guys, have a look at the images yourself and tell me what you think.

And in case it matters, I'm one of Michael's Twitter friends who supplies him with some unofficial Windows versions and tons of various ideas and tech help.

I would appreciate it if you contacted me about this before spreading rumors. For the record, there's nothing crazy going on here. Using nLite and slipstreaming WinFS caused a bug which inserted a folder from my host PC. The images are from a visit to the doctor's at Hackensack. My brother was injured in an accident and needed a scan from the doctor. The images were taken directly from my desktop and were meant for my mom. I posted about this on the discord server. I really needed to clear things up since this is also important to me as well... these were personal images.

OK just seeing this comment now. Michael also contacted me and told me what is going on. I totally understand. It was just that, you know, I was kinda being a bit paranoid as I've had bad experiences online before. Thanks for the clarification though.
