Is there a way to fix the "There are no Windows Ultimate Extras Available" message in Windows Vista?

I'm not sure if it has to do with Vista support ending or the servers for Windows Vista being taken down, but I went to Windows Update to see if I could install some Windows Ultimate Extras on my Windows Vista Ultimate vm with SP2. I have already installed the 5 hotfixes to get the updates working (it's 4 if you don't have Internet Explorer 9 installed) and I get 34 optional updates available. These 34 optional updates are the language packs for Vista. Of course, these are not what I were after, and i'm very confused as to (A) how to get the recognition fixed for Ultimate Extras or (B) installing the Ultimate Extras from an outside source. If anyone has any fixes for this or has any alternative download links for the ultimate extras please let me know.
