Hello! I'd like to suggest a video for Antergos. It's pretty much Arch Linux with a graphical installer. It gives the user the option of choosing different desktop environments at the installer, and it even does all the heavy lifting for you! No silly Arch wiki necessary! P.S. If possible, you should try out my friend's desktop environment, theShell! It can be installed under the AUR under the name "theshell" See ya! <3

Never heard of this Linux distro before. If I'd set up a dual-boot with my Compaq Presario PC SR5350F, then I'd make my first attempt at overloading the OS with at least 100+ applications, if it had Wine.
