I want to add file support to my OS, OpenOS. How do I do that?

I need to find a existing or new file system. The code has to be in C.
Developing OpenOS a lot, duh.

Hate to be "that guy" but you might want to check out the OSDev forums, they're more for OS development rather than talking about OS's.
