So, I was going to reboot an old kindle and factory reset it when i found you could access the system recovery menu by holding down the power and volume down button at the same time. It was actually interesting to look at, and I took some screenshots so you can see it. The menu looked like this, and had several options.
I decided to view the recovery logs, and was able to find out what version of FireOS (the mobile OS for kindle) was using/had previously been using. Lots of build string info, and also a build number. If you know what some of the strings mean, I'd like to know. I only know what a few mean.
