I definitely have the habit of still saying the older names. I can see why people still do it because Windows 10 was the first version to change the naming around. I've also fixed some of the icons that were not displaying properly in the site footer, and added a Recent Topics box to the front of the site. :D

That seems strange that it's only those programs causing it. Have you tried to reinstall/verify game cache for those programs?

All in ones can be a pain to upgrade, except for the RAM. That can usually be pretty easy. Depending on how old it is, it might not be possible to upgrade it very far. What are the specs?

It could be a spec issue. I've had trouble installing 10 on hardware that is about as old as that processor and it did the same thing- hung on the logo screen.
