Re: [REQUEST] Crashing Windows 10

Ever hear of Joel from Vinesauce? He has a bunch of Windows Destructions, where he takes a fresh Windows install and then pumps it full of malware and stuff. He has some Windows 10 videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pr2MiQistEY (Windows 10 Destruction) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UHn29iJ0Ek...

Re: BT360 Applications

So for Apollo, what do you mean by "front end"? Do you mean an alternative shell? Springboard and Quattro might also interest me, more for curiosity and not because I'd necessarily use them though..

Re: Do you jailbreak/root?

I've had experiences with a jailbroken iPod Touch before, but I've never rooted an Android device.

Re: Running FATE on Wine

So it seems this game doesn't seem to work on anything since I've tried XP, Wine and Windows 10 and Windows 7 and I didn't even get Steam to run on ReactOS. However, Torchlight runs on Wine acceptably well.

Re: Linux that looks like Mac OS

Wow, those look pretty close. There's also the program Docky, which gives a dock very similar to the Mac OS one. It even has the zoom effect like the Mac one.

Re: ReactOS

ReactOS is definitely an ambitious project. But it's one that's far from usable as a main OS. I can see that clearly now, I think I'll probably use Windows 2000, and mess with some the Unofficial Service Packs on that machine. Windows 2000 is much more usable from what I've read on the forums about...

Re: Rollback Rx (Windows)

So kind of like time machine in mac? I don't have much experience with Mac OS X/OS X/macOS in general, but from what it seems, Time Machine serves the same basic purpose as Rollback but not in the same way. Unlike Rollback, Time Machine doesn't add an environment that can be accessed before the mai...

Re: Running FATE on Wine

I have that game on Steam and my Windows XP VM, but I like the 2005 version better. The Steam version stinks without the console. But I think ReactOS works better, if it's more compatible with a lot of Windows applications. Yeah, the console is fun, but now the Steam version is the only legitimate ...

Re: Farewell Vista

My experience with Vista was limited to using it on my grandmother's laptop. I don't remember playing InkBall except maybe once on one of those old convertible laptop/tablet ThinkPads. I don't remember. But I remember seeing it on a convertible ThinkPad.
