Win98 Upgrade stuck

So I'm trying to do one of those upgrading every windows things (for my 100 subscriber special, not that it matters). I've gotten this far after a few issues, but when I try to upgrade to 98, It gets stuck on 20% when creating a startup disk. This happens whether I choose to create a startup disk or...

Speed up Windows 98

I have a Fujitsu Lifebook E330, and it is very slow. I know, it's a Windows 98 computer. But it's extremely slow, even for Windows 98. Is there a way I can get it sped up? I turned off that annoying active desktop, which helped, but it still takes 2 minutes to get the start menu to open. Should I cl...

Kaby Lake And Ryzen Updates

Like half the people annoyed about Microsoft's move by blocking updates to Windows 7 and 8.1 on Newer CPU's, this does not affect me. Most of my family still uses Windows 7 on Skylake, and I use Windows 10 on Skylake. That doesn't mean it isn't a terrible thing to do with customers! A YouTube Commen...

Re: Windows XP

Am I the only one that thinks just because Windows XP is not supported by Microsoft anymore, doesn't mean it isn't safe? Windows XP has only 4 vulnerabilities, while Windows 8.1 has about 300 last time I checked!(Well, what do you expect? It's Windows 8!) As long as you use Firefox and Norton 360, ...

The Mysterious Box

I found a box in my attic labeled "Intel D955X BK For Intel Pentium Extreme Edition Processor" Any idea what this would be useful for?
