I wonder that to It would be interesting to see if their would be a way to run these programs on like Windows 8.1 or 8

I have gotten Virtual PC 2007 To Run In Windows 8.1 before

So maybe someone could make the programs the ones you mentioned to run on older versions of Windows

i usually use classic shell as it is easier than the Windows Start Panel is I like to call it that's how I saw the change

Oh it happens some times it's maybe cause I don't connect to the internet right away when I setup

Windows 8 Doesn't Let You Change Your Time Zone During Setup

I always wondered why you can't change your time zone during windows 8 setup. I hate how it always defaults to pacific time and having to wait intill you get to the desktop to change this.

This also applys to Windows 8.1 10 and Server Versions Following
