I'd be interested in a Windows 7/8 build thats capable to run Windows 10 apps, would be helpful for ones like me wanting to use modern software on modern hardware while not having to deal with any of 10's crap

It's actually just a modified VMware (removing the "- [ vm ]" from the application name) running on XP 64-bit. It's running two VMs: a Windows 7 and (not in this screenshot) a Windows 10 VM. My old build had a E3-1225 and every version of 10 i tried sucked on it, didn't try 1903/1909 tho. Idk what was causing it but it crashed a lot and was laggy af.

This sounds so good i would use this as my main even tho i normally would never consider using a modified version of Windows. My dream OS would be like a Windows 8 base because of the better File Explorer/taskmanager , UEFI support, USB 3.1 (it says a lot that 8.1 installs fine from a normal install...

So long story short , i don't like using Windows 10 at all, and 7 lacks many features of 8 like UEFI support or the better task manager so my question is if it's possible to get Dx12 games like Cod MW 2019 or DXR games like Control's ray tracing options which require DX12 on Windows 8 especially now...
