What games do you want to play on it then I could tell you what OS to put on it. I think a list of games would be helpful as well. Based off of the release dates of the parts of your build, I would recommend using Windows XP. If I had a better idea of what software you would be using, than I might ...

I currently own a NVidia GTX 1060 3gb EVGA Super Clocked Edition. Ever since I purchased it, it's been running nicely with the games I've been playing recently.

I currently use a Logitech G300s gaming mouse for a long while now. I really like the Logitech Gaming Software for the mouse key mapping. Also, I configured the leds on the mouse to change colors based on the game or program I am using.
