It could be a spec issue. I've had trouble installing 10 on hardware that is about as old as that processor and it did the same thing- hung on the logo screen. It's not a fresh install, but it is reasonably new.. The iso I used isn't bugged because i installed in the VM. it seems to be a software issue because it only occurs when opening certain programs. the ones i have forund that trigger the bug are. 1.Minecraft 2.GTA V 3. BO3 4. Dolphin wii and GC emul...

But that's the thing, I have seen older PC run 10 and 8.1 I'm just confused why the setup never loads and even if I install it directly to the hard disk it never loads.
