Re: Windows XP

Not only Windows XP, but also Windows Server 2003 that gets so little love despite being the Better XP. Still decently secure and good for an everyday OS, in fact I would go so far as to say that even Win2K3 could be used as a main DESKTOP operating system as it has all of the same features as XP, j...

Re: Farewell Vista

People constantly hate on Windows Vista, but it needs to be credited for what it brought us: Aero, newer icons, etc. I am one person who has NEVER had a hate towards Vista. I use it actively, and I love every minute of it. Finally, someone with sense, much like my friend YantooNetwork from YouTube....

Re: Best windows os for old pc?

Upgrade to Windows 7. I would stay stick with Vista, if you already had it (the performance is identical!) except for the fact that in a few months, Vista will no longer have even extended support. (in April 2017) So, upgrade to Windows 7, in which case you will have support until January 2020. Wind...

My favorite NT is either XP, or 10 (yea 2 big differences) :D
I love Windows Vista, I know It's buggy but I love the design of this Microsoft OS.
Give me an example of a major bug in Windows Vista. Two if you like. I have never seen a major bug in Vista or a crash.

Re: Favorite Windows NT system?

My favorites would be a tie between Windows NT 5.2 Server (Windows Server 2003) and Windows NT 6.0 Workstation (Windows Vista Business). I like the look of Vista including the taskbar and desktop background and Server 2003 was just so darned fast and stable! Plus, it is still very well supported by ...

Re: Core 2 Duo in 2017

Okay so hear me out on this one. My main laptop is a Dell Latitude D630 from 2006 and it has 4GB DDR2 ram, a 320GB HDD, Standard Intel graphics, and finally a Core 2 Duo T7500 @2.20Ghz running the latest version of Windows 10 Pro. I get a lot of comments at school about it being a dinosaur because ...
